Steps Followed When Changing Tsc Pay Point Particulars
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is an autonomous agency that hires and fires teachers. The commission allows instructors to select their preferred bank account through which the commission pays their compensation.
To receive their wages, teachers must supply their bank/Sacco account information while filling out the TSC bank paperwork.
The preferred banks offer TSC bank paperwork to teachers when they are first employed by the commission. Following successful verification and interviews, a fully completed form is forwarded to the TSC headquarters, along with other required papers.
A teacher may want to adjust his or her pay point for a variety of reasons. This is conceivable because the commission has granted us this window.
The Following Are the steps on how to change TSC paypoint
- Begin by downloading the bank form and printing it out on paper.
- Accurately fill out the form with the correct details of your new pay point.
- Make sure the form is certified by your school’s Head of Institution. If you’re a Principal or Headteacher, ensure certification by the TSC County/Sub-County Director.
- Photocopy both sides of the new bank/Sacco plate, which represents your new account for salary deposits. This copy should also be certified.
- Compile a package consisting of the fully filled and certified bank form, the certified bank plate, and your National Identity Card.
- Send all these documents together in an envelope addressed to the TSC Secretary at the TSC Headquarters, using the following address: P.O Box, Private Bag, Nairobi.

Important Notice:
You should not close your present bank/Sacco account until the salary begins to flow through the newly given bank account. This is advised since the commission may fail to execute the modifications in a timely manner, resulting in the salary being bounced back if your existing account is canceled.
A lot of teachers have been without pay for months since they closed their present bank accounts before receiving the salary in the new account.
If your pay point changes occur after the TSC payroll closes, your salary will be deposited into your current account. If you close this account, the balance will be returned to TSC.
Because there are numerous bureaucrats involved in effecting the new adjustments, keep your old bank account to avoid missing your salary until the new one is implemented.
Before closing your old account, you should continue to verify your new bank account and guarantee that your salary is deposited there for four months.
